Why Thailand?

For everybody who is thinking about an exotic voyage, but hasn't decided yet where to go we should suggest Thailand. This is place where a traveler can find everything, what is needed to experience an interesting adventure. The country is famous of beautiful nature, ancient architecture and Buddhist culture, mountain treks in the north, mysterious hill tribes living away from civilization, and also gorgeous tropical islands in the south of the country. A few meters from the shore one can be entranced with richness of the underwater world - plenty of fish species, coral reefs and spell bounding sea shells. The weather in Thailand is sunny all the year, so fans of sunbathing will be always satisfied. On the other side Thai cuisine will satisfy the most demanding food connoisseurs, offering wide range of exotic dishes and see foods. Thai people are well natured, always helpful, honest and famous of their hospitality towards tourists. Thailand is also called shopper's paradise. Modern shopping centers and exotic local markets can be found not only in Bangkok, but in many cities in the provinces. We should add that apart from perfect relax Thai tourist destinations guarantee great fun and good time in many night clubs and discotheques. And what is maybe most important - in Thailand every tourist can feel safe, what is one of the main conditions of rewarding, enjoyable holiday. Thailand is the country of fascinating contrasts: modernized society on one side, and upholding old, Thai traditions on the other side. According to statistics, more than 50% of tourists visiting Thailand are coming here again. Why? This is a mystery which should be uncovered by each of us!

False myths!

Myth No.1: In the raining season, as the name suggests it's always raining - well, there is nothing farther from truth! Even in the raining season Thailand enjoys much more sunny days then Europe during summer. For people looking for exotic holiday, accommodation as well as air tickets will be much cheaper during European season of spring, summer and autumn than in the winter.

Myth No.2: Thailand is for sex-tourists - although this section of tourism can be found in every country, probably Thai image is most often tainted with this flaw which thanks to its piquant attractiveness overshadows the real value of Thai culture.

After tsunami?

Being all the time in Thailand we can provide reliable information about any current affairs regarding situation on the island of Phuket, Samui or in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Pattaya and all the other tourist destinations. Media painted much distorted picture about the results of tsunami. In the places not affected by this tragedy, everything is unchanged, or there are even more tourists now than usually. On the Phuket traces of tsunami can hardly be seen, practically there was no danger of infection; Phuket is not lying in debris as could be seen on TV. Sun, smile and hospitality welcomes all tourists. The sea is crystal clear and prices are reasonable. Even daily boats to Phi Phi island are running again.

New!

Becoming more and more popular as a new tourist destination is island Koh Chang. Situated about 250km east from Pattaya, it is second biggest island of Thailand. Almost 60% of Koh Chang is covered with lush jungle. For this reason for many year before it was favorite place for backpackers. Today, however, there are already many new resorts and hotels that cater for more discerning tourists. As a national park, it is still a place for people who love tranquility and peace. Those, looking for more attractions and entertainment can spend part of holiday time with full of life, vibrating Pattaya.

Air tickets?

Staying in Thailand is not expensive. It counts for only 30-60% of the total cost of the whole trip, while the main expense is the air ticket. At the moment probably the most attractively prices are Aerosvit Airlines (through Kiev), Aeroflot (by Moscow) and Turkish Airlines (by Istanbul).
