2. EXB (Extra Bed) means rate for a third person sharing room with other two persons on extra bed or roll-away bed.

5. If you stay at the hotel on the day with one of the compulsory dinners - Christmas (24 Dec) or New Year Eve (31 dec), it`s cost has to be added to your bill.

Bhumiyama is a combined word : Bhumi ( poom ) means land or place, yama is a realm of heavens in Buddhism where deities and beings who have accomplished (done) noble deeds come to dwell in opulent peace and tranquility.
We are a small luxury thai style beach resort in tropical garden setting with 45 rooms fitted with air condition, hot water, separate bath tub and shower, in room safety box and all amenities.
Our land is flanked by a crystal clear turquoise sea and pristine tropical jungle of the national park. You will be waking up to the sound of soft, caressing wave and wild bird chirping. Step on to the white powdery beach, swim in the warm ocean or relax in our multi-level swimming pool and Jacuzzi beneath the swaying charm of the indigenous coconut trees or simply tanning with your favorite book, some of our rooms have private sun deck. For those who wish to escape the pressure of today hectic lifestyle, if peace, tranquility, warm friendly services, the freshest sea food and authentic thai gastronomic is on your wish list or just to simply watch the sun setting on the ocean with someone special, come visit us.

All of the rooms are equipped with (all deluxe rooms have private sun deck and semi-outdoor bath room): A/C , hot / cold water with separate bath tub and shower, minibar, cable TV, coffee & tea, hair dryer and in room safety box.
For your enjoyment come swim in our beach side multi level swimming pools with Jacuzzi and kid pool. Relax with your favorite drinks at our pool bar.

"By the Sea" restaurant serves fine Thai and European cuisine. Come enjoy the best view on the beach under candle light dinner with someone special.

Location
We are on Koh Chang ( Chang Island ) in Trad province, the eastern most province of Thailand. Koh Chang is the second largest in Thailand after Phuket. However more than 80 present of the land is the national park forest reserve.
Our beach is called Tha Nam beach or the more well-known name will be Lonely Beach made famous by travelers who commented it in Lonely Planet to be the best and most beautiful on Koh Chang.
